These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Alb-Gas & Plumbing Ltd.
Quotations & Estimates
All quotations are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if additional work or materials are required.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Late payments may result in additional charges.
Materials supplied specifically for a project may require a deposit before work begins.
Appointments & Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property and work area.
If an appointment is missed or access cannot be gained, a call-out charge may apply.
Gas & Safety Work
All gas work is carried out by appropriately qualified and Gas Safe registered engineers in accordance with current regulations.
Customers must inform us of any known faults, previous repairs, or safety concerns before work begins.
Workmanship
We aim to complete all work to a professional standard using suitable materials and practices.
Any concerns relating to completed work should be reported as soon as possible.
Existing Systems & Faults
We are not responsible for unrelated pre-existing faults, poor installations carried out by others, or hidden defects discovered during works.
Additional repairs identified during the job may be quoted separately.
Emergency Call-Outs
Emergency work may be subject to different rates depending on time, location, and availability.
Liability
Alb-Gas & Plumbing Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, equipment failures, supplier issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
