Boiler Replacement & Heating Upgrade – London
Existing faulty boiler replaced with a larger modern heating system in a restricted under-stairs installation space, improving heating reliability and overall performance.
The customer required replacement of an older faulty boiler with a newer, higher-capacity heating system better suited to the property’s requirements.
Due to limited access and the restricted installation space beneath the staircase, careful planning was required to safely remove the existing unit and position the new boiler correctly.
Despite the tight working area, the installation was completed successfully with attention given to pipework layout, accessibility and overall system reliability.
The new heating system was fully tested and commissioned to ensure safe and efficient operation.
